Henrik Jensen

Chief Executive Officer

Henrik has extensive global experience in development, manufacturing and sales of capital equipment and mass customized mechanical and electronic components and solutions. Henrik is an Operating Partner with Atlas Holdings, LLC, and serves on the Board of Managers of both Motus Integrated Technologies and Banker Steel. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Syddansk University.

Alan Sobel

Chief Financial Officer

Alan has over 25 years of financial management experience, including 17 years of executive leadership. Prior to Veritas, he was CFO of PDM Bridge and also served as CFO of RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc., from 2007 to 2011. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

John Cole

Chief Operations Officer

John has more than 20 years of heavy steel fabrication experience. John has been involved in oil and gas, power and infrastructure projects in the U.S., Brazil and the Middle East with more than 10 years of operations leadership and executive management. Prior to Veritas, John served as Director of Engineering and Materials Management for The Shaw Group and CB&I in their Fabrication Divisions.

Kevin Bird

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Kevin has worked in sales and marketing his entire career, starting as an inside sales representative at a small industrial equipment manufacturer and working his way into territory management and new business development. He entered the steel bridge industry in 2002 as a sales professional with PDM Bridge. He later became the Sales Manager for Veritas Steel in 2013 and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2020. Kevin attended the University of Wisconsin–Stout, majoring in Business Administration.

Iain Cochran

Vice President of Estimating and Project Management

Iain has over 25 years of progressive Estimating and Project Management experience in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry. Prior to Veritas, Iain managed infrastructure projects throughout the Upper Midwest with Ames Construction and the Walsh Group, and he most recently served as Heavy Highway Program Manager with SM Hentges & Sons. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

Mike Fegter

Vice President of Human Resources

Mike has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, including 20 years in executive leadership roles for industry-leading companies in global supply chain, transportation, logistics and distribution. Prior to Veritas, Mike was the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at the Hub Group and also served as Human Resources Business Leader for Mondelez International’s U.S., Canada and Mexico manufacturing sites. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Business Management from Kansas State University.
