Henrik has extensive global experience in development, manufacturing, and sales of capital equipment and mass customized mechanical and electronic components and solutions. Henrik is an Operating Partner with Atlas Holdings LLC, he serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Motus Integrated Technologies and Banker Steel. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Syddansk University.
Chief Financial Officer
Alan has more than 25 years of financial management experience, including 17 years of executive leadership. Prior to Veritas, he was CFO of PDM Bridge and also served as CFO of RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. from 2007 to 2011. He earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
EVP of Business Development
Richard has worked for or with various industrial companies for over 35 years. Richard is an Operating Partner with Atlas Holdings LLC and is currently on the Board of the American Institute of Steel Construction and the Executive Council of the National Steel Bridge Alliance. Richard graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Finance/Accounting and an MBA.
VP of Operations
John has more than 20 years of heavy steel fabrication experience. John has been involved in oil & gas, power and infrastructure projects in the U.S., Brazil and the Middle East with more than 10 years of operations leadership and executive management. Prior to Veritas Steel, John served as Director of Engineering and Materials Mgmt. for The Shaw Group and CB&I in their Fabrication Divisions.
VP of Estimating & Project Management
Iain comes to Veritas with over 25 years of progressive Estimating and Project Management experience in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry. Prior to Veritas, Iain managed infrastructure projects throughout the upper Midwest with Ames Construction, the Walsh Group, and most recently served as Heavy Highway Program Manager with SM Hentges & Sons.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
